Michelin starred Chef Erik Anderson comes to Upstate New York to open the famous Saranac Lake Winter Carnival at the Hotel Saranac with a multi-course dining experience paired with cocktails and beverages by Bartender Will Wyatt. Two nights, February 3 & 4, 2023. Don't miss this unique chef and beverage experience in the heart of the Adirondacks. A discounted block of rooms at The Hotel Saranac are available for this event. Tickets: $225 per person for a seven-course dinner experience with alcoholic beverage pairings, a welcome cocktail, and passed canapes (non-alcoholic can be done by request)
