Inspired by the fabled Adirondack Great Camps that the Vanderbilts and other Gilded Age royalty called their summer homes, Campfire Adirondack Grill + Bar combines a warm, sophisticated atmosphere with a deep appreciation for our Adirondack heritage.
High-quality, locally sourced comfort fare and a selection of craft beers and signature cocktails await all guests. And like any good campfire, the chance to share in the experience together makes for a great end to any day of exploration.
We are open 7 days/week serving:
Breakfast from 7am-11am
Lunch from 11am-3pm
Dinner from 5pm-9:00pm

We source local ingredients and prepare them fresh, paying homage to the true campfire cooking...but under the guiding eye of our acclaimed chefs. Like you'd expect, the bar has the craft beer selection, signature cocktails, and wines to pair with our entrées or enjoy on their own. Open for breakfast and dinner.
